HOW TO DEVELOP HAND SENSITIVITY
We offer you exercises to develop the sensitivity of the fingers and palms of the hands, which is necessary for mastering extrasensory abilities (super sensory perception). You need to train in a good state of mind and body, have confidence in success, slowly and persistently catch positive results and consolidate them. All this is necessary for diagnostics, treatment and other bioenergetic work.
First week Tighten your arms sharply and relieve tension. To achieve this ultimate relaxation of the hands (hands, fingers). Raise your hands up, hold for a while. Achieve tingling, pulsation, warmth - any of these sensations at the fingertips. Then lower your palms, place them in a horizontal plane. With a forward movement of the hands - removing and bringing the palms closer to each other, try to feel: tingling in the palms and fingers, fix this state, then the body between the palms, then the density (emptiness, viscosity), also fix it. At first, you will be able to feel only one of the listed sensations, try to fix it. Perform 2 - 3 minutes. a day can be 2 - 3 times.
Second week a) Continue with the finger and palm sensation exercise described in the previous lesson. No more than 1 - 3 minutes. at once. b) Relax your hands and place them in a horizontal plane, palms parallel to each other, fingers slightly apart. The palms make smooth oscillatory movements in the horizontal plane. Feel a tingling sensation between the palms, remember this sensation. Then dump the information. To do this, shake the brushes in the direction of the floor (ground). Then, having worked with your hands, feel the warmth, discard the information. Having worked with your hands, feel the density (viscosity, density), and also lose it. Perform 3 - 5 minutes. 2-3 times a day.
Third week Your task is to develop sensitivity to the biofields of the palms and fingers. Ensure that you have hypersensitivity to biofields. a) Continue with all the exercises described in the previous lesson. Perform 3 - 5 minutes. 2-3 times a day. b) Relax the brushes, place the palms towards each other at the distance of the field sensitivity. One hand remains motionless, while the other makes circular movements in a clockwise direction relative to the motionless hand. Then swap hands. Run 1 - 3 minutes. 2-3 times a day.
Fourth week a) Do all the exercises described in the previous lessons for 3 - 5 minutes. 2-3 times a day. b) Hands are located in a horizontal plane, hands are relaxed, fingers are slightly apart. The palms make oscillatory movements inward, forming an energy ball between them ... Feel the
ball of energy between the palms, crush it, squeeze it, feel elasticity ... heaviness ... density ... warmth ... Dissolve the ball mentally. Exercise no more than 1 minute 2 - 3 times a day.
Fifth week a) Continue to do all the exercises described in the previous sessions for 3 - 5 minutes 2 - 3 times a day. b) Form a ball out of energy, as described in the previous lesson. Raise the ball with your right palm, feel that the ball is pressing on the palm. Then smoothly throw it onto the palm of your left hand, feeling the heaviness and warmth from it. Dissolve the ball mentally. Perform no more than 1 minute 2 - 3 times a day.
Sixth week a) Continue to do all the exercises described in the previous lesson. b) During training, when you have already felt the biofield emanating from your palms, try bringing your palm to any object (cabinet, table, book, etc.). Remember the feeling. Then bring your palm to the indoor flower - notice the difference in sensations. The duration of all exercises should not exceed 5 minutes.
Seventh week a) Continue to do all the exercises described in the previous lessons. Memorize, compare your feelings. b) Now you can move on to capturing the human biofield. If you have already mastered the exercises previously proposed to you, then try to feel warmth, density, tingling, etc. between one of the palms and a part of the body: chest, abdomen, head, etc., both in yourself and in some then a good friend (avoid shows, demonstrations, arguments, skepticism and ridicule).
Eighth week a) Continue to do all the exercises described in the previous lessons. b) If you are already good at capturing the biofield of your own body, then you can try to capture the biofield of another person. Start moving your palms closer at a distance of about 1 meter from the other person's body. Slowly shaking, bring your palms closer to the body and try to catch the density; remember this sensation, record at what distance you felt it, then discard this information by shaking off your hands towards the floor (ground). Work with your hands again, feeling this time warm, reset information, and so on. You cannot train for a long time, otherwise fatigue and loss of the ability to feel will come. The optimal training time is 5 - 7 minutes, no more than three times a day.
a) Continue to do all the exercises described in the previous lessons for 5 - 7 minutes. 2-3 times a day. You need to train every day, breaks in these exercises are unacceptable, since all acquired qualities are immediately lost (except in cases of illness). b) Now let's try to see the aura on the tips of the fingers. Place your hands so that they are against a dark background. Look, without straining, past your fingers to one point, squinting slightly, until a slight vibration of the air around your fingers appears, in the form of a fog, a gray haze (it is advisable not to blink for as long as possible). When performing this exercise, you can slowly move your hands, while you can notice a mark from a finger - an aura, usually everyone sees a gray haze, less often milky or yellow. Perform no more than 1 min. several times a day (optional). Note that they see the aura only on relaxation, as soon as you strain, try to see it, it will disappear.
Tenth week a) Continue to do all the previous exercises several times a day for such a time that fatigue does not occur (but not more than 10 minutes). b) Place a glass of water on the palm of your left hand, and place your right on top, freely, 2 - 3 cm above the glass. Hold your hands for 1 - 3 minutes without thinking about anything. The water will be charged by your field, it will be the so-called "living" water, it is soft, has a sweetish taste, it can be drunk to saturate the body with energy and even for treatment. Do the same, but change your hands - you get "dead water", it is hard, has a sour taste, can be consumed to relieve painful symptoms, stress, excretion of unnecessary (say, toxins) from the body. But there may be cases when the water is charged at a different location, it depends on which hand emits and which one absorbs the "biofield", this can be different for different people. c) Try to continue observing the aura at the ends of the hoop: for this, place your hands so that they are against a dark background. While doing this exercise, try moving your hands slowly while observing a hazy fingerprint. Perform no more than 1 min. 2-3 times a day.
Eleventh week a) If you have brought the sensitivity of your hands to a level where you can easily feel the difference between the living and the inanimate, between different materials (you distinguish the radiation of metal from stone, wood from water, etc.), then you can try to diagnose, catch the harmful effect of some food, clothing, furniture, substances, air, technical devices and other things you need for some purpose. If not, continue training hand sensitivity. b) So, you are using the sensitivity of the fingers and palms of the hands for diagnosis, but this ability can be used for other purposes. These include, as we said, the determination of the qualities and properties of objects in terms of their harmfulness or usefulness for us. Taking, for example, a watermelon, we begin to measure its field with our hands, listening to our sensations: an open field or polluted, pleasant or not, fresh, fragrant, and so on (something like how we measured a person). Targeted meditation can lead to some thought (for example: "Nitrates", "Some poisons", "This product is useful for me due to the presence of zinc, which I lack", etc.), which will tell you whether you need this product and why. Or you just have a feeling that will tell you everything.
The same applies to all other household items, buildings, technical devices, anomalous zones. For example, by feeling with your hands the field of space where you are, listening to yourself, whether the field is taken away from you here, is it harmful, you can find anomalous zones in your apartment, at work, or on the street. The sensitivity of the hands to the fields is assessed from the point of view of practical application. If you are going to use it somewhere, then you should train (according to the methods given in our lessons, if you want to use other methods, we advise you to avoid concentration, stress - do everything in relaxation, and also avoid techniques associated with the discovery " third "eye because of its great health hazard). If you practice extensively somewhere (treat, diagnose, work with a frame, a pendulum, etc.), then perhaps the practice itself is training, then it is enough.
