HOW TO RECOGNIZE LIES BY FACIAL EXPRESSIONS

The ability, to tell the truth, is a skill that requires a very subtle understanding of the essence of what is happening. Many people do not like to keep silent about anything, but cutting down the truth is not the best way out of the situation. Learn to speak the truth in such a way that others will listen to you and not be offended.

If you are going, to tell the truth, you must be completely sure that it is true. Otherwise, at best, an unpleasant embarrassment may happen for you, and at worst, with your thoughtless words, you offend a person. Therefore, carefully check all the facts, clearing them of yours and, especially, someone's subjective opinions and assessments.

Before you speak the desired words of truth, think about what you want to achieve as a result. What kind of reaction do you expect, what kind of changes in a person? You should definitely think about this, since only in this case will you be able to extinguish in yourself immoderate ardor and anger. Any truth, spoken harshly, in an accusatory tone or even with contempt, has only negative consequences, and the important part itself will not be heard. You will not only offend the person, but you will also make yourself unpleasant and tormented by guilt. Therefore, try to speak the truth in an empathic tone, emphasize that you understand the other person, but in reality, this is so and so. Be extremely careful and tactful and be courteous.

Use metaphorical phrases, stories about strangers who have been in an identical situation. For example, you want to hint to a person that he/she may be somewhat overweight, but talking to his face about his weight is tactless. Try to talk about a man or woman you know who, in your opinion, is objectively spoiled by excess weight, and follow the reaction of your interlocutor. If he/she supports and tells you about themself, then you have the a green light to gently give advice. In the event that the interlocutor laughs it off and informs you that he/she does not see any problem in this, you will be left with nothing but to keep your truth to yourself.

Never speak words of truth in a raised tone using shouting, emotion, manipulation, "I think" or "I think". In this case, everything that you say is recognized only as your personal opinion, which, moreover, you do not know how to adequately express. Speak calmly, softly, but use the facts that fully support your words.
